EazeHR – EazeWork’s HRMS software for HR community is available at Rs 200 per user
per month, minimum number of subscribers is 20 users. If you are from outside India
the price is 5 USD per user per month for a minimum of 20 users.
There is a one-time non refundable fee of Rs 5,000 for HR India users or USD 120
for non Indian companies. This fee is charged to complete the on-boarding and data
migration process. If you want a separate database instance a one-time fee of Rs
10,000 would be applicable. The database size limits would be linked to your number
of users as per the policy.
You can avail of additional discounts if you subscribe to an annual package – besides
getting these discounts you are also guaranteed against price rise for the duration
of the package.

Space and bandwidth is calculated at the company level and only if the usage exceeds
for the company as a whole are extra charges levied. See the next tab to see the
usage limits per edition. Over usage of storage space and bandwidth is charged at
