EazeHR’s Recruitment Management module is designed as Recruitment software to bring in efficiency and effectiveness in the e-recruitment process. You can use internal employee referral program to get your employees to recommend profiles and reward them.

  • Applicant tracking– candidates might apply from various channels for the same opening or a rejected candidate might reapply. Such duplicates or policy violations are caught easily and e-recruitment processes allow various recruiters to work on a candidate together
  • Manage job openings – approvals from HR for a job opening and approval by the Hiring Manger before rolling out an offer by the Recruiter are some of the features which provide appropriate controls in the process
  • Candidate management – commitments made to the candidates can be captured, feedback or issues raised by the candidate can be highlighted, offer letter or regret letter can be generated and issued from with the application
  • ID documents : Scan and upload driver’s license, degree certificates, passport etc
  • Resume tagging – Resumes can be tagged with keywords, comments can be made on specific sections of the resume and database search allows to reach the right candidate in the database
  • Bulk upload / import – Candidate data can be uploaded in bulk using excel files. If can be imported from job sites and uploaded in the application
  • Employee Referral programs can be designed and used to get best talent recommended by your existing employees
  • Reports – view reports on total time to hire, pipeline status and average days to close a job opening
