EazePay has prebuilt salary templates which provide standard salary structure in India. Salary can be viewed either as the direct payouts you make to the employees or you can include other components to have a view on the Cost to Company. EazePay allows you to model any salary structure and gives you complete control to define an employee friendly structure. Some elements of flexibility in EazePay are

  • Partial processing – ability to run payroll for a subset of the team gives you flexibility to hold off the run for some and complete for others
  • Multiple company payroll – You can run payroll for multiple companies in one instance
  • CTC or Gross – EazePay allows companies to base salary on Gross or Cost to Company basis
  • Salary templates – use standard templates for employees at one level of seniority to ensure consistency of structure – the amounts can be varied at each employee level
  • Declarations – Payroll Managers can control the timeline for any declaration and can also update the records centrally for all employees
  • Pay Bonus ad-hoc or in a predefined manner
  • TDS modification – TDS recommended by the software can be modified if needed to manage the deductions and TDS return is automatically generated
  • More than 50 reports allow you to access any old payroll related information
