Sales teams are always on the move. They need information at their finger tips. While web access and email is one medium which provides them with access to information in some cases sms based alerts and information pull would also become very useful.

EazeSales sends out SMS to sales team to provide them with information which is of use to them. Other alerts which can be configured and made available through email or on the application dashboard are

• Lead addition, status change – sales executives will get notified of any changes in lead status or if they are added to a lead team
• Prospect / Contact addition – if a new prospect is added and assigned to a Sales Executive
• Price changes – product price changes are informed on the day they become applicable
• Daily Sales Activities – if there are followup activities to be done and planned by their Manger or Lead owners these are communicated through email / sms
• Daily Sales Update – Sales and Visits done for the day are captured through day end sms which can be sent by the sales executive to the application server
