Abhilash Pal
Abhilash is a IT professional who has over 18 years of experience in software product
development. He has led the development of a complete suite of Customer Relationship
Management and Billing software for BSNL (earlier DOT). This software has been deployed
at more than 20 SSA of BSNL. Abhilash is a B Tech in Computer Sciences from NIT,
Warangal. He is the co-founder of Softalent Solutions Pvt. Ltd which is in business
of providing solutions to BSNL. At EazeWork Abhilash is heading the Software development
and maintenance team as Director Application Development.
Chintan Tyagi
Chintan has over 17 years of experience of having worked with large Indian Corporates
and consulting companies like PwC, A T Kearney, IBM Business Consulting. He has
been working as an entrepreneur for the last one year. Chintan brings a deep understanding
of business processes and IT systems having worked on leading ERPs like SAP and
Oracle and supply chain applications like APO and i2 in his career. In his last
role at IBM he was leading a large team of IT and business consultants while managing
the delivery of a large multinational client (fortune 5) from India as an Associate
Partner. Chintan has consulted with companies in India, US, China, Thailand and
Middle East. In India, he has worked with companies like Maruti, Bajaj Auto, Tata
Steel, TAFE, Ranbaxy, Hero Motors, Suzlon, Goodlass Nerolac Paints, Ministry of
Tribal Affairs.
He is an MBA from IIM-Ahmedabad and B Tech from IIT Kanpur. At EazeWork Chintan
is heading the team of business analysts and functional design besides having the
responsibility of CEO and Managing Director.
Vaibhav Tyagi
Vaibhav is a software and services professional who has over 17 years of experience
in Indian IT companies in business development and client management. He has worked
in DCM Data Systems and Wipro. Vaibhav has worked on product management and marketing
of high end workstation, servers and networking solutions. He has a thorough understanding
of business requirements and has helped clients in deploying complete IT solutions.
Leading the marketing and support team at Softalent has helped him understand the
Indian customer expectations and an extensive exposure to the ways of working of
the Government departments and PSUs.
Vaibhav is a B Tech in Computer Sciences from NIT, Warangal. He has been working
as an entrepreneur for the last eleven year and in that period he has been associated
with Softalent as a co-founder which is in business of providing solutions to BSNL.
At EazeWork Vaibhav is heading the services delivery team as Director Client Services.

has been formed with a vision to provide IT based business solutions to SMEs and
Midsized enterprises. The company has been promoted by a team of professionals with
experience in areas of Enterprise Applications, Business Process Design and Re-engineering,
Software Application Development and Maintenance and Customer Service.
