EazeSupport is available at Rs 450 per user per month, minimum number of subscriptions
is 4. If you are from outside India the price is 10 USD per user per month for a
minimum of 4 users.
There is a one-time non refundable fee of Rs 5,000 for Indian or USD 120 for non
Indian customers. This fee is charged to complete the on-boarding and data migration
process. If you want a separate database instance a one-time fee of Rs 10,000 would
be applicable. The database size limits would be linked to your number of users
as per the policy.
You can avail of additional discounts if you subscribe to an annual package – besides
getting these discounts you are also guaranteed against price rise for the duration
of the package.
