When sales executives move out from a company they also take the contact information with them. To prevent loss of important information you can keep all the contact data in one place and control its access across the sales team as per the business rules you specify.


Contact Classification

You can map contacts to a sales region and within a sales region to a specific sales representative. A contact can also be classified based on the industry, type of business and other parameters.


Role Based Access

Managers can access contact information of their teams and can also reassign ownership of a Prospect based on the requirements.
