EazeSupport - EazeWork's SLA management and Ticketing software is priced based on the number of users. There are two types of users
1. Support Representatives - the backend team
2. Customer Representatives - authorized personnel from customer team who raise and review tickets
There are no editions and all the modules are available to the subscribers. There is no constraint on the minimum number of users.
