We follow a policy of zero exit barriers for our customers (we also hate it when we have to get into long term contracts with significant exit barriers). There are three things which create an exit barrier
- Money which you have paid us as subscription fee
- Your data – including all master and transactional data created over time
- Your setup which is unique to your company
Refund of Payment
On receiving your Cancellation request we will process your refund in a maximum of 7 working days. Charges which will not be refunded back to you are
- any commissions paid to the Payment Gateway, Paypal or Banks to realize payment
- any taxes or statutory charges which have been paid to the Government of India on the revenue accrued from you
- one time setup fees
- fees for the month when you Cancel. Month is defined from the “Service Commencement Date” which is the day on which your first paid user activates his / her account. For example if your first user activated his account on 14th January 2010 then your Service Commencement Date is 14th Jan. If you cancel on 13th May we will not charge you beyond 13th May but if you cancel on 14th May then we will charge you till 13th June.
Data Handover
Data which has been created by you is yours. We keep it for 3 months if you want us to, this would enable you to reactivate your account if you change your mind. But if you want we will delete your data on your request. We will also ship you your data in a flat file or Excel format if you want on your request and on payment of fees of Rs 5000.
Application Setup
Unfortunately your setup and process configuration which is there in the application cannot be exported and will be retained for 3 months or deleted on your request.
